烏拉圭大麻延到明年開賣

烏拉圭總統表示，由於管理辦法尚未完備，大麻合法銷售延到明年上路。烏拉圭去年12月立法將大麻合法化，年滿18歲才能購買，且必須是烏拉圭居民、向當局登記。官方掃毒單位估計，烏拉圭一年大麻消耗量約18到22公噸。
