迷網是因也是果 成癮應有跡可循

〔自由時報記者朱有鈴、黃建華／高雄報導〕沉迷網路是因也是果！

網路成癮後遺症不少，有許多案例是家長受不了而管教，卻被孩子暴力反抗，更有發生人命之憾事。高雄市前天也發生一名18歲的羅姓男子畢業後沒有工作，卻整日沉迷於網路遊戲，只因網路故障，就怪罪父親，動輒持刀相向，暴力對待父母。

私立仁愛之家主任、臨床心理師林國慶表示，沉迷網路的行為是因也是果，可能因性格、人際關係挫折而躲進虛擬世界，也可能因沉浸虛擬世界而與現實世界疏離。但無論如何，這些問題均非一朝一夕發生，平日也應有脈絡可循。

林國慶指出，家長在一開始為子女選擇休閒活動時就要謹慎，孩子若有脾氣暴躁、作息異常等狀況，更要特別注意。

林國慶認為，當家人開始有暴力行為時，不要等閒視之。一旦出現爭執，應先避開爭執點、避免言詞交鋒，讓彼此情緒冷靜下來，為雙方爭取處理的時間和空間。
