個國家法令都不同，要叫她回台灣審判法官也不敢判，引渡回台也需要經過外交途徑，成不成功還是不知數。
你先要瞭解兩地的外交及法律問題，要回房產以及資金要有明顯的台灣證明及婚姻證明，你最好是經過外交途徑去加拿大告她，否則她可不理你。
