美國全職母親 比例增加

美聯社報導，根據民調機構Pew研究中心8日公布的一份新報告，越來越多美國婦女待在家中做全職母親。Pew的調查發現，美國全職母親的比例，已從2000年的23%，上升為2012年的29%。

Pew以幾個因素解釋這種現象：移民母親日增、越來越多女性找不到工作，以及許多人對於全職婦女會造成幼兒的影響感到不安。
