偷車拼績效　笨警被訴

台北市某派出所萬姓警員，今年春安前夕執行「順風查贓專案」時，行經台北市大安區愛國東路，見到停在停車格的機車鑰匙沒拔，竟然異想天開，將車偷騎回派出所附近停車格停放，想等春安開始後，以尋獲車子為由，通知車主到案，增加績效。

陳姓車主想要牽車時，發現車子遭竊立即報警查辦，警方調閱路口監視畫面，循線找到被騎走機車，然而令警方難堪的，偷車賊竟然是自己人，只好大義滅親，主動移送偵辦。

台北地檢署開庭時，萬姓警員坦承車是他騎走的，目的僅是為想增加春安績效，不是真的想偷車。檢察官認為，警員雖無偷車意圖，但騎走時所耗損的油品，算是偷取的財物，因此就耗損油品部分，依竊盜罪起訴，並請法院審酌萬男無任何前科紀錄，僅因一時失慮才觸法，日後應無再犯之虞，請求從輕量刑。（呂志明／台北報導）
