聯大路遲未修復 劉政鴻：正在修

〔自由時報記者張勳騰／苗栗報導〕縣長劉政鴻昨天到國立聯合大學參加會議時，被聯大學生張欽智嗆聲指聯大路遲未修復，張欽智質疑劉政鴻「當初這條路設計不良，容易損害，造成很多學生受傷，縣府不用出面負責嗎？」劉政鴻當場回應說：「正在修復中」。

縣府工務處解釋，聯大路災害搶修工程，去年九月呈報行政院工程會，歷經復勘、經費審查等作業程序，直到今年一月才核定，二月十日辦理發包流標，工程直到上月五日才順利發包，十三日動工，目前工程進度超前，趕在七月前完工。

張欽智也將矛頭指向學生會，指「學生會連出面說話都沒有，只會辦一些吃喝玩樂的活動，然後還敢說學生會，會幫學生爭取應有的權益，連最基本的學生安全都沒有想要處理，莫名其妙。」

聯大公共事務組人員回應說，學生會去年多次向校方反映，十二月十二日還和校方開會討論，校方隨即向縣府反映，學生會已積極處理，是學生誤會了。
