萬華持剪刀隨機搶奪案　警方逮1遊民

日前發生在台北市桂林路底堤外便道的搶奪案件，一名遛狗的婦人遭人用剪刀刺傷，警方獲報調閱監視器畫面，鎖定歹徒騎著腳踏車逃逸，循線在艋舺公園逮捕這名楊姓嫌犯，同時起出搶來的贓物。

警方調查，嫌犯約六十歲，是在萬華一帶的遊民，去年十一月才出獄，疑似缺錢買毒才會犯案，今天下午全案依強盜、傷害罪嫌移送法辦。至於被害婦人，因為傷及左手掌和右大腿，目前還在住院觀察。
