親愛的玩家們大家好,
　　目前通訊鎖部分功能發生異常，無法登入battle.net網站，但可正常進入遊戲。人員已緊急進行維護中，若維護期間，您希望登入Battle.net網站，你可以透過下列方式來解除通訊鎖：

【發送E-mail】
(1) 請使用你的「battle.net帳號信箱」寄送信件到此信箱：hksupport@gamefirst.com.tw
(2) 信件標題，請寫上「申請解除通訊鎖」
(3) 信件內文，請附上「我本人，為本battle.net帳號使用人，同意官方解除該帳號之通訊鎖。同時，我已了解，解除後，需後續自行申請方能恢復通訊鎖之使用。」
客服人員在接收到你的申請後，將儘快為你處理通訊鎖問題。

請注意：申請解除後，後續需要自行申請，方能恢復通訊鎖之使用，最新消息我們也將隨時更新。
