我很好奇怎麼會用折數來當做出價合理與否的判定?
那他開100萬給你砍對折,是不是會很開心呢?
應該是你要想辦法去知道區域行情在哪裡,去出價才有意義吧
你出低於行情表示你賺到,不然就是物件較差
你出高於行情表示你超喜歡這間房子,不然就是物件有特殊的價值
再不然就是屋主太貪心(誤~~是惜售)
如果區域行情就是51萬,你會九折賣嗎?
應該不是折數的問題吧?
