離譜！社區禁寵物　逼住戶棄養

【綜合報導】台中市潘朵拉社區去年通過禁養寵物規約，不少住戶搬離或將寵物送人，管委會近日再對不聽勸的住戶下最後通牒，引發民眾抨擊「寵物是私有財產，管委會有權力要求住戶拋棄個人財產嗎？」

潘朵拉社區主任賴國濱表示，社區共269戶，最多曾有30多戶養寵物，常有住戶抱怨寵物太吵、在公共區域大小便，去年8月區分所有權人會議住戶提案，社區全面禁養寵物。自去年9月1日起實施，給養寵物住戶1年緩衝，後來30多戶搬離或將寵物送人，目前僅剩5戶拒絕配合，管委會前天再公告要求搬遷寵物。台中市都發局表示，管委會無權強制驅離寵物，但可要求對違規住戶連續罰鍰。
