（軍聞社記者林敬傑新北市十六日電）由國防部、教育部和新北市教育局共同指導，基隆市榮譽觀護人協進會、臺灣藝術大學通識教育中心與臺灣藝術大學國際紅豆社共同主辦的「瑞濱藝術與品格教育營」，並在今天下午舉行成果發表，希望能發揮拋磚引玉作用，讓社會各界投注更多心力，讓國小學童們感受到社會各界的關懷與愛心，營造幸福祥和的成長環境，以奠定他們正確價值觀及正向人生態度。

　成果發表會下午在臺灣藝術大學舉行，除播放活動紀實影片外，並安排國防大學學生黃玉謹及林敬峰等人說明活動過程與分享心得，讓與會的貴賓與臺灣藝術大學學生聽後深受感動，肯定他們的付出與奉獻，自許未來也能貢獻一己之力，踴躍支持與響應該活動。

　黃玉謹及林敬峰分享心得時表示，在學習服務的過程中，不僅能發揮所學所長，關懷協助偏遠學童，教育國家未來的主人翁，善盡社會責任外，更重要的是學到了關愛社會的服務人生觀，可說是獲益良多；他們也希望未來能繼續參與相關活動，讓軍校生的「愛」發光發熱，帶給孩童歡樂美好回憶。
