女友不借錢　男綁她到摩鐵打劫

桃園徐姓男子（35歲）11年前和侯姓女子（34歲）交往期間，因屢次向侯女借錢遭拒，竟然惱羞成怒在2003年10月間深夜約她外出後，以膠帶和絲襪捆纏後駕車押到龜山鄉一家摩鐵，復強拖進浴室，以蓮蓬頭纏勒脖子，逼她告知提款卡密碼，拿走她皮包內的4萬多元現金。
 
翌日上午，徐男把侯女綁在車後座，開車到銀行持侯的提款卡領錢，侯女趁機掙脫逃離報警究辦，然徐男案發後行蹤不明被通緝，直到今年三月間才被警方緝捕到案，今由桃園地檢署依強盜罪嫌起訴。
