中華民國駐巴拉圭大使劉德立於當地時間5月30日款宴甫卸任的巴拉圭國立亞松森大學校長龔薩雷斯暨副校長、學務長等行政團隊，由於兩人交情10餘年，離情依依，氣氛溫馨感人。

劉德立推崇龔薩雷斯（Pedro Gonzalez）的亮眼成績單，以及對他在校長任內陸續與國立臺灣師範大學、臺北醫學大學、東吳大學、佛光大學及淡江大學簽署姐妹校協定，並據以進行學術交流表示肯定。

劉德立還感謝在龔薩雷斯配合下，台灣技術團先後與亞大合作養豬計畫、蔬菜計畫、養魚計畫及飼料工廠計畫，成果豐碩。

劉德立也藉機特別感謝龔薩雷斯於去年8月間總統馬英九訪問巴拉圭，參加總統卡提斯就職大典之際，頒予馬總統榮譽博士學位，典禮莊嚴而隆重。

劉德立最後致贈龔薩雷斯紀念牌，以表彰其貢獻。龔薩雷斯則感性表達對中華民國政府、使館及劉德立的誠摯謝忱與協助。(中央社)
