演藝圈多憂鬱者　謝和弦安眠藥難治失眠

主播史哲維疑因失眠及憂鬱症所苦而輕生，震撼各界，再度引起大家對這些問題的關注。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，影視圈不少人飽受憂鬱症以及睡眠障礙之苦，孫翠鳳曾是憂鬱症患者，休養半年才復原，她領悟到忙碌既是難免，但一定要適時停下來。歌手曹格常當「空中飛人」，也曾有失眠困擾，得靠吃安眠藥才能入睡。謝和弦曾憂鬱症纏身，他說藥物的控制只是一時，最好多接觸大自然，他嘗試過吃安眠藥也無法根治，現在盡量在白天把自己弄得很累，晚上自然會早點上床。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
