一、下列有關營養素與人體生理的敘述，何者正確？

(A) 消化後的胺基酸由乳糜管運輸
(B) 維生素A 由微血管運輸
(C) 鈉離子可維持滲透壓、酸鹼值的恆定
(D) 鐵參與凝血因子的組成

這題主要問題是對於（D）選項，我不曉得它錯在哪裡？
如果不是鐵的話，那麼是什麼參與凝血因子的組成？

二、下列有關DNA 的敘述，何者正確？

(A) 細胞的遺傳物質包括DNA 及RNA
(B) DNA 的組成為核糖、磷酸與鹼基
(C) DNA 的鹼基一共有五種，包括A、U、G、C、T
(D) DNA 鹼基對有如螺旋梯結構內部的梯級

解答為（Ｄ），但是我對於（Ａ）選項還是不太了解，
RNA它不也是遺傳物質嗎？為什麼細胞的遺傳物質不包括它呢？

三、下列何者常被用來將外源基因轉殖到動物細胞中？

(A) 鏈黴菌 (B) 流感病毒 (C) 顯微注射 (D) 基因晶片

顯微注射與基因晶片到底什麼意思？它的用途是？
