公開住戶個資和照片　大樓主委被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市西區一住戶大樓黃姓主委(56歲)為徵詢住戶是否更換社區車道電捲門意見，今年5月20日於電梯內張貼意見表，供住戶勾選。黃因發現有人勾不同意，就調閱電梯監視錄影畫面，找到不同意的是一名洪姓女老師。
 
黃竟以有人惡作劇為由，未經洪女同意，將洪女姓名寫在意見表上，並寫「老師請連同姓名、樓號，一起簽才有效。」又擷取監視器畫面，印成彩色圖片，以紅框註明「是老師………喔﹗」洪女提告後，黃辯稱公開洪女個資和照片，是基於公共利益。
 
但檢察官認為監視器的目的是在保障社區住戶安全，黃公布個資和照片的行為，已經逾越監視器錄影的目的，不符合《個人資料保護法》規定，將黃起訴，黃將面臨2年以下有期徒刑、或併科20萬元以下罰金。
