最後一次聽到16 C Galibier的消息，是在2012年美國Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance車展上。當時BUGATTI透露這款車往後量產時的細節，宣稱因為CEO Wolfgang Durheimer緊急喊卡並要團隊重新設計這輛車，使原本在2013年量產販售的計畫，延滯到2015年才會執行。不過現在最新消息傳出16 C Galibier可能不會量產了！
