潭美逼近 北市全面戒備

因應潭美颱風來襲，新北市政府表示，將自今（21）日上午8點起執行堤外停車場「只出不進」管制措施，由於橫移門（水門）以及堤外道將在中午12點進行封閉，因此上午10點將進行強制拖吊作業，呼籲民眾及早將愛車駛離高灘地。
新北市政府並呼籲，颱風期間考量人車安全，請勿進入新店溪、大漢溪、二重疏洪道及淡水河側等河濱公園內，以免發生危險。
新北市政府也表示，為維護內河載客船舶航行安全並使業者預為整備防颱措施，有關內河載客船舶（淡水河藍色公路載客船舶停航）即予停航，請民眾轉乘其他陸運交通工具。
