　　四年一度的世界盃足球賽(FIFA World Cup)將於巴西正式開踢，同時 Wargaming 宣布《戰車世界》在世界盃賽期間新增一款特殊遊戲模式。從 6 月 12 日起到 7 月 13 日，新的世界足球大戰遊戲模式將開放讓玩家參與，玩家可以駕駛特製的運動戰車，還可以取得特殊成就，盡情體驗嶄新團隊足球主題的遊戲。

影音名稱	football

　　世界足球大戰遊戲模式的特色是 3v3 團隊戰鬥，時間為 7 分鐘，遊戲地圖是經過重製的 Himmelsdorf 地圖，地圖修改過後增加了一個足球場。遊戲的目標就是要使用車輛和砲彈射門得分，並防止敵隊玩家攻破自己的球門。

　　玩家在世界盃賽期間登入遊戲，將可獲得一台特製的 1 階 T-62A 運動戰車，所有註冊玩家均可免費獲得。玩家若在新遊戲模式內有傑出表現，將有機會獲得「Football Player 2014」勳章，達成特殊任務也可賺取經驗值。
