如果用背書的方式，會背死掉!
第一：
民事訴訟法第1條第一項：訴訟，由被告住所地之法院管轄。被告住所地之法院不能行使職權者，由其居所地之法院管轄。訴之原因事實發生於被告居所地者，亦得由其居所地之法院管轄。

你要知道住所與居所的意思(定義)，知道為什麼會以被告住所之法院管轄。
知道上述後，重新看一遍條文，不用刻意背條文，而是將條文內容加以了解。

第二：
筆記方式：(筆記方式千百種，自己寫出自己看得懂的)
可採畫圖方式，比如上述，可以用簡單的樹枝圖畫出。
可採：訴訟管轄--->被告住所法院--->住所法院X時--->居所法院。(盡量用各種符號代替某些意思，比如X代表不是或不能或不對.....)
